- Show full unboxing including packaging and shipping label
- Show damage or size issue clearly
- Compare with order confirmation or packing slip

7. Return Process

Pack Your Return: Repack item(s) with the return form and order proof.
Ship Your Return: Send to the provided address with a trackable service. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and verify your return (including video if required), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 8–10 business days. Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the return was due to our error.

9. Exchanges

For exchanges (different size or color), follow the return process and note the desired exchange in the return form. We'll process it upon verifying your returned item.
