4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Policy: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Shipping and handling fees will be added to your total order price.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: We accept returns within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Size issue, where the delivered size does not match the size chart.
  • Any manufacturing defects on the item.

• Non-Acceptable Returns: Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Size issues unless the wrong size was delivered (we recommend carefully reviewing our size chart before ordering).

6. Required Documentation for Returns:

• Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your order confirmation email or packing slip with your returned item(s).
• Reason for Return: Clearly state the reason for your return (e.g., incorrect item, wrong size, damaged item).
• Video recording (for damaged items, wrong size, or wrong product): For claims of damaged items, incorrect size deliveries, or receiving the wrong product, we require a short, unedited video recording showcasing the issue. The video should clearly show:
• The complete unboxing of the package, including the packaging materials and shipping label.
• The condition of the received item(s), highlighting any damage or size discrepancies.
• A comparison of the received item(s) with the packing slip or order confirmation (if applicable).

6. Return Process:

• Contact Us: Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service team by email at support@rajafashionn.com or phone at +91 9033336721 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Pack Your Return: Carefully repack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible. Include the completed return form (with reason for return) and a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
• Ship Your Return: Send your return package to the address provided with your RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with proof of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify it meets the return criteria (including video documentation for applicable claims), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 8-10 business days.
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

8. Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability, please follow the return process and mention your desired exchange in the return form. We will process your exchange once we receive your original item and verify it meets the return criteria.
